My wife and I lived in Christopher Columbus Plaza And we recommened it highly. The people are very nice and are mostly locals from the northend. But I might be biased since I am of italian heritage. Nevertheless the office staff and maintenance staff were top notch.

The Christopher Columbus Plaza building in the North End is NOT worth the high cost in rent. The 95% of the tenants are ignorant, a handful- very disurbed! If you live there, you hear apt. doors & hallway doors slamming shut at ALL HOURS & people carrying on conversations while walking down the hallways in the wee hours. Too many college students, who drink alcohol & smoke in the hallways/stairwells, and too many think "they" are so special that their DOGS can roam the building off a leash. It's a high priced flop-house & not worth the money! Maintenance may respond quicker than others, but the workmanship is not quality.
