Very Unhappy with the Noise & the Staff does Nothing About it!

Too noisy
Lack of respect to fellow tenants also paying very HIGH rent from young & dumb college students, who think being an adult means being drunk & loud every chance they get! Too many barking dogs- doubt every one paid the $$$$ pet fee, & dogs are often unleashed in the building...like I said...zero respect.

There's definitely no college students living in this building. Some of the older residents are unhappy about younger people moving into the building, as it once used to be 55 only. However the young people living in the building are no worse in reality than any other building of comparable quality.
Personally I have not had any issue with the dogs in the building, although there are a lot of them.
