Overall excellent, few issues

I have been living here for 2 years now and unlike one of the other ratings, I have never had issues with maintenance.

Everything I have ever needed (only a few minor issues) have been dealth with in 2 days or less.

The major problems I have are that in the winter time if the blinds are open, there is a major draft through the windows, probably because they open all of the way and the weather stripping needs to be replaced.

The other problem I have is that a portion of the building is subsidized housing and some fo the people there as a result, should not be there because of either there attitudes, lack of respect and lack of hygene.

I have decided to move mainly for these two reasons.

I have found a much better place, with similar amenities for about $500 less per month.
