I moved in to Churchpark 2 yrs ago and have minimal complaints. I have never had trouble with maintenance. My only complaint is the noise on Mass ave and the subsidized housing which is really quite annoying. As for the actual apartments, they are beautifully renovated. The security guys are not the friendliest but you don't have to deal with them too often. The concierge in my building is extremely friendly and helpful.
