Great Place, Great Experience!!!!

We have been living here for the past two years in one of the newly renovated apartments.

This has been the best experience renting so far!!!
We don't have any rodent problems, we live on the Mass Ave side (by choice), Management Rocks (everything is taken care off ASAP), security is awesome!
Compared to our previous apartment in Boston and New York, this is like living in a ultra luxury place WITH management who cares.

We have a great doorman who knows everyone and greets us as we come in.

PArking is never more convenient, it's in the basement and if you have lived through some Boston winters, you would want this heated, covered garage!!! And no, management is not paying for this review.

To the previous reviewer who complained about noise -What did you expect when you chose to live facing Mass Ave' There's going to be traffic noise, sirens, people, etc.

We chose it because it reminded us of New York (to some extent).
