gone downhill

I lived in Church Park for 5 years during which time the building management has gone slowly deteriorated. Staff were always friendly and helpful, but I felt that management was trying to milk every last penny out of the tenants. Rent increases were steep. Fixing minor problems became more difficult. I couldn't get them to fix a plumbing problem for over a year and gave up after 5 trips to the management office. Parking is now $300/mo under the building. After living there for so long they wouldn't let me leave my lease a month early. The building has gotten much noisier. However, convenience of nearby stores and the building location are good.
