Nice, but watch out.

The building is nice, renovated units are great and views are very good.

Watch out for fake "move in agreement" it is not legal and non-binding.

DO NOT SIGN!!! Massachusetts law allows you to move into or out of your apartment any time during your lease.

Call New England Office of HUD immediately if you feel pressured to sign.
