I you are a clean, professional looking for a nice, comfortable, quiet and clean apartment, DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is disgusting, it looks beautiful initially because of all the renovations, but THEY HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MICE.... they can't even control them, they tell you 'it's city living.' They have the trashiest low-income housing people living here and the most disgusting neighbors you can find. Living on Mass Ave. is also extremely noise, you will here people arguing at 3am, the trucks, the red sox fans..everyone. It's too bad they spent so much money on renovations, but not on mice and 'people' control. Also, if it gets really cold in the winter, the heat is not sufficient because they have very poor insulations. The apartments are WAY OVERPRICED - they increased $350 in 1 year.

they have housing subsidies, Misssjr24, which give them help to pay the rent...also, their apartments are probably not "luxurious"...they have lower grade appliances, carpeting, etc.
