In my opinion this is one of the nicest apartment buildings in Boston in its price range. The building has incredibaly high security and its own imaculately clean underground parking lot. The apartment I had was beautiful. The view was spectacular as well. Management is the best around. Management responded to all my maintenance requests in under 24 hours, and usually within an hour. The building is located less than 1 block from the dry cleaner, video store, supermarket, hardware store, bank, multiple restaurants, and pharmacy.
