Terrible experience, can't wait to finish my lease

I moved here a year ago tempted by the great location and "renovated" fixtures.

However, I soon discovered all its problems.

Some of the highlights:

1.

Mice: Everyone in the building has complained about this

2.

Old pipes: Pipes have burst in the middle of the summer on multiple occasions.

Recently 3-4 floors of apartments were flooded as a result.

Also Blockbuster had dirty water leak into their store downstairs.

3.

Very rude management: Have never met anyone more unaccomodating than these people.

They go out of their way to make your life difficult.

4.

Too expensive: They were giving 1 month free rent but they increase rates aggressively after your lease is up.

5.

Noisy: On the front side of the building you have noise from mass ave and on the back side CVS, ABP and Boston Market trucks do deliveries at 3am.

Windows are very thin, so all the noise comes through, even on the higher floors.

You can find better, cheaper accomodation if you look elsewhere.

Also, it would be a more pleasant experience to deal with another management company.
