Have lived here for over a year, the building is well-maintained, nice layouts in a 60’s style building. Security is very good and if you get a delivery, security will escort the delivery people to your apartment. Neighbors are generally nice and there are no noise problems. Parking is $250/mth underbuilding or $185/mth in open garage across the street.

Minor maintenance is a major problem. After a year, there are still spots on the wall that need touch-up paint and a light fixture (non-essential) is still not fixed.

There was no rent increase for next year, maybe because the rent started so high and the market is so depressed.
