GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I lived at Church Park from 1999 - 2003 and it was a wonderful experience!! The apartments were large, concierge very friendly and a pleasure to come home to, and found that maintenance problems were taken care of within a day or two. The heated garage downstairs was a dream. Of course, living on Mass. Ave. was noisy at times but very doable. I never saw any mice, no rodents of any kind, and after dealing with my building in NYC now, would move back to Church Park in a heartbeat!!!!
