overpriced, rodent problem, and strange mix of renters

1)mice: they continue to have mice, although if you ever call them on that, they come to your door in shock, as if this is the first they've ever heard of the problem.
2)odd neighbors: a variety of grandfathered-in seniors, who are quiet and respectful. Except for one, who happened to live on my floor, and was notorious for her behavior.
3)noise: Despite the solid feeling of concrete everywhere around you, and the muffled hallways on the tour they'll give you, the walls between apartments are extremely thin. I could hear every high octave Coldplay croon my yuppie neighbor would play. Further, I lived on the Edgerly side of the building ("the quite side"), which is still awfully noisy late at night because of the nightly teenage get-togethers on westland ave. it's one thing if there were clubs or bars in the area, but it's just a malaysian restaurant for god's sake.
3) the only worthwhile thing about the complex is the parking, which is maintained very well, and is convenient. Despite that, it's not worth the price or the hassle. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
