Other than the decent location, this is one of the worst on-site managed apartments I have ever lived in. In addition to the mice, the kitchen sink constantly overflows with dirty, sewage water "because I happen to live on the bottom floor and that happens when too many people above me use too much water." Not to mention that it is extremely overpriced compared to better quality apartments in even better locations.
