Poor TV reception, good location

Good location. One glaring shortcoming is the TV reception through the master antenna. It used to be excellent, but it no longer functions well, and management has stated they do not intend to fix it. If you get cable ok, but not the place to live if you want accesss to the public airwaves without cable.
I have also read some of the negative reviews on this site re mice and other issues but we never experienced any of those problems.
