Church Park

Few major areas suck big time From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The appartment looks nice with a nice view of the church. Great location no doubt. T and downtown both are very close by. Parking area is awesome too. But some of the major pitfalls: Air-conditioning -- Its "Central heating" - so they turn of the AC centrally even in October begining. Its 75 degrees outside at that time. You can't keep the windows open, as the street noise will kill you, but I was forced to do the later during my stay as otherwise it was killer studffy inside. Also, the bathroom needs some new bathtub and shower heads. They are old and dirty and the water temperature fluctuates from raging cold to extremely hot automatically, even if 5 secs back the temparature was mild hot and yI have not fiddled around with the knob. Its automatic, making taking a proper shower quite a dreadful idea.
