Great views and location, nice rooms

My apartment has a great view of the Christian Science Center, which has a campus-like feel to it with a beatiful main building. At night or daytime, the view is incredible, and the large windows really show it off nicely.
The apartment itself is nice, with moldings, granite counters, etc. Fairly spacious for a 1BR.
Management has been very accomodating thus far.
They installed a gym in 2006, which has been a good addition. It's fairly basic, but done right.
Negatives are:
1) non-thermally insulated windows - windows let a lot of temperature through them
2) Air conditioning / heating unit is old and very inefficient. For the two-three months of summer, my 1BR electric bill jumps to about $150/month, and that's just with the AC on at night and on weekends.
3) water temp fluctuates a lot in the shower. There's usually hot water, but it's hard to control
Overall, I'd recommend it to someone, and I'd keep living here as well.
