My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and have had a fantastic experience. The location, first of all, is the best in all of Boston. Directly upstairs from any store you may need, close to the T and shops and restaurants. Perfect if you like feeling in the middle of it all. The building is very well maintained and all the staff are friendly and responsive. The doormen are courteous, polite, and diligent.
The building is also fantastic. The addition of a gym last summer only added to the other great amenities--rooftop lounge with wireless internet and a stunning view, laundry, and incredibly convenient parking.
Our apartment itself is also great. Modern kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors, fantastic view. We have a 1 bedroom with the additional den (Arlington II) which we found to be a perfect size for a couple.
Contrary to other postings on this site, we have not had any issues with mice, or any other creatures, nor have we heard of any problems relating to such. There have been no issues with sewage either.
The only drawback we can think of are that there is a fair amount of street noise. Not moreso than most other urban apartments, but if you're looking for a quiet serene location, Church Park may not be ideal. Also, the building is expensive. Not overpriced--your money goes a long way--but on the higher end of rents in the area.
Overall, a wonderful experience.
