Nightmare dealing with Mgmt

Have lived here for three years, unfortunately. The unit itself is nice enough, but it is overpriced (>$2200 for a noisy one-bedroom facing Mass Ave on the 2nd floor), and management is terrible to deal with. The times we've had problems (A/C broken, faucet broken), we've had to call management several times to get the problems fixed. A pipe on the 6th floor burst once, and a mgmt took so long to fix it that water flooded each floor beneath the 6th floor (including our apartment on the 2nd floor - good thing we have renter's insurance). Even on the ground floor, there was literally water streaming through the ceiling. I understand that maintenance problems will sometimes occur, but mgmt is always not at all apologetic when anything goes wrong. In another instance, mgmt lost some of my dry cleaning (dry cleaner documented that they delivered all of it to the building) and refused to even offer an apology (let alone compsensation).
