They discriminate families with babies From: Jhon1988 Date posted: 2/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   They refused to rent 1 br. apartment citing two person per bedroom policy. I agree that separate bedroom for baby is necessury when baby is at least 2 years old, but our baby is only 5 months old and she sleeps in our bedroom. When we agreed to rent 2 bedroom apartment they said that they are at 100% capacity and I think that they just did not want families with babies to occupy their building. I am thinking about suing them.
