I lived in a City Suites building for one year. I loved the location and especially my neighbors, but very little of that had to do with the fact that I was in a City Suites building. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a teeny tiny apartment. The inside of the apartment was all brand new, so that was nice. But every time I had to call in a complaint I was given the run-around and very few things got fixed. The staff is very friendly at first, and then once you sign the lease you never hear directly from the landlord again and you just get the mean receptionists. If you want to move into the North End, by all means do it, it's a great place to live, but stay away from these people. You can get a much better deal somewhere else if you just look around. I wish I had.
