Management takes advantage of the housing crunch in Boston and over charges rent for what you get

We lived here for a little over a year until we bought a condo in the area. We've found the management office ineffective in dealing with day to day matters such as noise complaints and maintenance rarely shows up the first time we call. They never gave us a copy of our lease and people in the office will tell us one thing one day and then another thing another. They just don't seem to know what they are doing or anything about their own policies. Plan to get everything in writing.
Although Copley owns many units in the Fenway, we recommend going with another rental agency in the area. The prices Copley charges for rent are exorbitant relative to the unit you get. It's a very tight rental market in Boston and I'm afraid corporations like Copley are able to get away with their below par services and units especially when people desperately need a place to live.
