The quality of the Copley Apartments is way beyond what you can get in most areas of Boston. I will say that some apartments are small and the hot water fluctuates with the cold, but these places are clean. I looked at about 20 apts in this price range, and these were the only ones with clean floor, freshly painted walls, and renovated kitchens/baths. As a bonus, the common areas and outdoors are kept immaculate.
