I started to read these reviews 3 days after moving in to my apartment..and have a sense that this group is either..as said..incredibly arrogant..or like most of us overworked....so I say...relax this is a profesional group. Everyone has bad days...I realy had a poor conversation with one woman who told me to send checks and shut up...and that she knew who i was...that i didnt appreciate...I felt as if this lady was trying to intimidate me...of course i think she just sounded like an over worked stressed out person..so be it...she had no right to speak in the manner she did. So arrogant' I guess so...

But the maintance and service the people outside the office deliver seems to be fantastic. I am impressed. Although 2 of my neighbors seem very disapointed in Copley. It sounds like a few people in this office need to be replaced. So...if you think being yelled at by office staff making half what you are...as these are not cheap places, is ok...rent from Copley...otherwise seek confident polite proffesionals...."Just send your check"....I guess that must be the Copley philosophy...
