Burglaries, Mice and Rude Staff
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 6/6/2003
Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I have lived here for one year. In that one year I have had my building broken into, my car towed because the management didn't bother to register my car wiht the towing company and mice. The hot water is also intermittent, though I have called to complain about it five or six times. When I first moved to Boston and looked at these apartments, the rent was $1650. The going rent now is $1250. Obviously, this is a company intent on ripping off its residents to make as much money as possible while paying as little as possible to maintain the buildings. Also, this neighborhood is not safe. There is a prison halfway house on Park Drive that opened in December 2002, and the resultant crime rate has increased by 20 percent. even if you pay for parking it does not guarantee a parking spot.
And ditto on the wench who works in the leasing office--Jessica.
