find one with a quiet heater From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I moved into a 191 park drive last october. I didn't sleep for an entire month due to the banging heater pipes. I think the maintainance people genuinely tried to fix it, but these guys are not too bright. Copley gets a good mark for how what they did next, though. They moved me to another apartment promising me it was quieter. And it was. I'm happy with this apartment (28 queensberry). The people (or single vindictive person) freaking out about the staff and apartment quality need to wake up and realize that these are not top of the line luxury apartments. These are cheap apartments for downtown and are not meant to be full service. You're not in the iowa anymore. $1300 is not alot to pay here. One more thing. Almost all the burglaries are due to idiots on the top floor not locking their windows. Again, you're not in iowa.
