Mangament company is very unprofessional and do not care about the well being of their clients. They allow very noisy people to live there although they calim it is a quiet environemnt. When there is a noise dispute the management company was not helpful and specifically stated they did not care about the living condition of their tenants. The apartments are in bad condition and overpriced. The apartments also have rodents. In every aspect this company rates among the worst in Boston. Extremely poor service and attitude. If you're a professional and need a quiet place to live in, do NOT choose Copley.
