I rented a unit from Copley from 1999-2000. I must say that there units have been modernized, with new appliances. Outside grounds are meticulously maintained (almost neurotically). However, management is totally ARROGANT. Requests for maintainence often times needed to be repeated two or three times before response. The most annoying aspect regarding the response was that they would come whenver they pleased, and would refuse to call you and let you know about what time or date the staff would arrive to fix something. I can't remember the number of times I was awoken to find a maintaence person entering my apartment while I slept! I finally has to threaten them with court action to stop them from entering my unit un-announced. The maintennce scheduler and management staff are rude, condecending and arrogant. Rent rises horrifically each year. When you finish your lease, they actually have the gall to ask you to sign a form releasing them from any future civil actions for cause!! This is their "key return" form. Don't sign and give up your rights!
