Coply Mngment... at first they seemed to be reponding well in the maintenance department, but they have proven not to really care of anything but money. There were so many opportunities to be positive without much effort on their part but alas no. The customer service in the office is nil and when you call back to catch them (as they NEVER return your calls) they are rude! We have been here 2 years and have suffered a major noise problem for which the response has been literally "it is a problem for the police, not for us" however housing and the police feel differently about it, so I am considering housing court. I have been complaining since Sept and was told my neighbor would get a letter, when I recently called to complain again, they claimed to have no file on him which was frustrating to no end. There have been problems with the fire alarms, they have turned off water and electric in the building with no bother to give notice of this. We have been without hot water off and on for days while they work out the "kinks" in the new water heater and then are rude when we call to complain. The heat in this building is either freezing or boiling and last spring they turned off the heat for the building early and put off my calls until I threatened to have an inspector from housing come. They are the ultimate in bad customer service and have made me incensed as I just feel the rudeness doesnęt help anyone, the actual problems with living here have been bad, but could have been bearable if I felt they cared one small iota.
