Unacceptable Experience

I've lived in one of Copley Group's apartments for nearly two years. The location is good particularly if you work in the area. Cosmetic improvements were made to the building merely to keep pace with upscale property build one block over. All of this company's buildings in the Fenway are older but they have spent little money on the infrastructure - i.e., for two years there has been a constant problem with the hot water system.. I've counted 59 days when I went to shower in the morning and there was no hot water. After two years, the problem was finally addressed but the management apparently didn't care enough to address the problem two years ago. What does that tell you about these people who run this place. My recommedation - for the money you spend living conveniently to the T and a few other things in town, you'd be better of spending less money and communiting. These properties are no bargain and the rent is short of extortion.
