i found this site after i signed my lease and became very concerned -- however, i've been living here for a month now with hardly any problems. it's quiet (except for occasional noise coming from the basement during the day due to construction -- i'm on the first floor). i haven't seen a single insect or rodent. the only problem is when i first moved in none of the repairs i asked to be made a month earlier were done -- but they took care of all of them within two days. apparently they just hired a new maintenance manager. since then, i've called maintenance a couple times to fix things and once they even came within a few hours of my call. maybe your experience varies depening on what building you're in, or only people who have had bad experiences bother posting, but so far i'm happy with everything here.

p.s. i don't have a car so i can't comment on the parking situation.
