If the complaints about Copley Group are, in fact, all from different people, then all I can say is that experiences must really vary from building to building.
I have had a mainly positive experience in my apartment.
When I first moved in, there were mice problems because of construction being done behind my building, but maintenance was always quick to respond, and eventually they were successful at getting rid of them and sealing up any holes.
I only had a problem with not having hot water once during the 2 years I lived there. Maintenance fixed the problem within a half hour of my call to them.
I am actually transferring to a new Copley Group apartment down the street, and the rental office has been very helpful and responsive.
I do not have a car, so I cant comment on parking, but this *is* Boston. At least the Copley Group provides some off-street parking.
I would recommend the Copley Group.
