-ancient decrepit buildings, newly painted and carpeted in order to charge higher rents and fool people into thinking the management company is decent
-first come, first serve parking means you park down the block 50% of the time
-noisy construction and noisy neighbors 100% of the time
-too much heat, not enough hot water
-rude, condescending, and useless staff
-David Pirog (property manager) is an incompetent jackass...owner Norman Levenson "doesn't talk to tenants"...Don't waste your time... BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
