I lived in two Copley apartments for about 4 years, and while I had a "generally" good experience, there were many nightmares along the way. Fluctuating water temperatures. Neighbors with loud music & pets (a howling beagle). Extreme heat. Loud heaters. When RCN was allowed into the building, they left a 4 inch hole from our apartment into the basement and the apartment above, which resulted in a huge mouse infestation. I came home to find 3 maintenance guys sitting on my bed, eating lunch. When they replaced the windows in our apartment, I found shards of glass under the bed (by stepping on them). Came home to find the toilet clogged one afternoon, and I hadn't used it since the day before. My wife was home sick one day, and caught a maintenance guy keying in to use the bathroom. When we finally bought a house, and I thought we had negotiated ourselves out of our lease, "Ann" the hard ass lease lady at the main office had not told our Landlord ('''), so we were evicted on the day of our closing! Happy times!! We come back from painting our new home to find an eviction notice on the door and the name on our mailbox "Vacant." After 4 years of being dedicated loyal customers, we get the shaft. After writing this, I realize how much I hate Copley. Awful, uncaring, rude, crass company.
