Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
They dont turn on the water heaters until 8am, so if you have to be up before that, you're out of luck! After many calls over the course of one month, the problem still hasnt been fixed.
Also, heat is either blasting, or not on at all. This should make for a great winter.
Do not rent from this company!
