These people, if you can call them that, couldn't care less about you. The care only of profits.We had a fire... that wasnt their fault - it was caused by "floor juices" according to them. The damage still hasnt been repaired.We had an elevator broken for over 3 months. I called every couple days and the response was "the part is on order." Well thats all well and good - but why would you start construction on an elevator without the part to fix it in hand' And that excuse sure doesn't help me walk up 6 flights of stairs a few times a day with laundry and groceries.I was charged over $150 for mysterious hidden charges. When I complained and didnt pay, they then charged me a late fee.The heat is either blasting at about a thousand degrees... or its completely off.The electrical is substandard.... a toaster oven will blow the fuse if I have the TV on.The neighborhood is infested with cockroaches and gigantic rats... The city of Boston claims its the Realtors problem... and the Copley Group claims its the City's problem.The service is terrible.The lease is written like a death sentence... and they will not alter it in anyway for you...My whole stay has been one of the worst mistakes of my life.Don't be fooled by these people. They only want your money... which is understandable - after all, they are a large faceless corporation that owns 80% of the Fenway neighborhood.... but that doesnt excuse it. They have made my life harder at every turn. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
