Good Facilities; Unprofessional Management

I have rented for over two years and can say with great certainty that the Copley Group provides a great place to live. The apartments are extremely well landscaped and maintained to high standards - the maintenance staff is courteous and quick to respond, no matter the time of day. The rent is competitive and neighbors are respectful and generally very, very quiet (everyone has a party now and again, but nothing terribly loud or anything of the sort).
The main problem here is the corporate staff they employ. The receptionist at the front desk at 896 Beacon is as rude as they come, as is their parking/leasing coordinator and others. That is, they operate under a thin veil of professionalism its just that what comes through is a feeling that they are doing you a favor anytime you ask for something. However, when you pay tens of thousands of dollars to a company over time, you expect to be treated a little better. Im sure they have a few clients from hell, but thats no excuse for treating people with the indifference they so often employ.
Living here can be a great experience, as long as you dont require any dealings with the corporate staff. Such interaction can be minimized, however, by dealing only with the maintenance personnel and the leasing staff in their satellite office on Queensberry Street. But when you pay so much money, you shouldnt have to dread dealing with the people you pay it to after all, you are the customer, they arent.
