My husband and I were robbed in our Copley Group Apartment (windows locked, they broke the one flimsy lock from the door) and the staff acted as though we were inconveniecing them when we wanted more locks put on our doors. They really are awful in the management and maintenance offices, as if whatever they're looking at on the Internet is more important than helping tenants.
We didn't expect a luxury apartment when we moved in, but we did expect a safe, hospitable environment. DO NOT MAKE NORMAN LEVINSON AND HIS AWFUL EMPLOYEES RICHER BY RENTING FROM THE COPLEY GROUP!
