Was a tennent with them for 3 years. Every year rent goes up 100$. Location is great, up keep of common areas was good apts. are in ok shape but VERRY cheap. hot water in both buildings had constant problems. Copley grop employees were the biggest bunch of jerks. Had kitchen cabinest fall off the wall while i was on vacation and they were rude and uncaring about it.(they also refused to pay ANY damages). Had my carr towed mutiple times beacouse THEY cant keep track of if I had paid or not. then they refuse to pay for cab rides to get my car! NEVER again with this company.
And never break you lease!! they will screw you out of an addational 3 months of rent and if you fight it you pay their legal fees.
