Great buy for the money From: actorsinboston@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We often house actors in these apartments and have received nothing but rave reviews. The apartments are modest but are kept clean and tidy. They are in a great location, and are a great deal for this central location. Do not opt for the shared bath option unless you are on a very tight budget. The private bath apartments are at least $25 more per week and worth the price. The winter rates are outstanding for Boston $300-$575 weekly PS The office is quick to respond to all your needs. They even helped us relocate an unhappy resident staying in one of the shared baths. The previus review shocks me. Sounds like sour grapes.
