-ancient, decrepit buildings, newly painted and carpeted in order to charge higher rents and fool people into thinking the management company is decent

-first come, first serve parking means you park down the block 50% of the time

-noisy construction and noisy neighbors 100% of the time

-too much heat, not enough hot water

-rude, condescending, and useless staff

-David Pirog (property manager) is an incompetent jackass...owner Norman Levenson "doesn't talk to tenants"...Don't waste your time...

Contact local realtor, pay the fee its well worth it- You wont end up in a copley management owned property. Out of towners beware Copley Management is NOT the best of Boston.
