The good:
location, some of the maintenance people are nice.
The Bad:
The maintenance mgr is very rude.
24 hour maintenance is a joke, things go wrong so you call them and the refuse to help you or inform you why things happen...such as why you have no hot water.
The keys to all the apartments were stolen and the never informed the tenants or replaced th locks until about 2 months later.
Not all of the buildings are wired for cable TV.
The apartments are way to small and there is no storage space.
when the red sox play forget about coming home bc you wont find a place to park.
