Good: Convenient location in the Fenway. I had a front unit so I got a decent view.

Bad: I had a mouse problem that I had to solve myself and at my own expense because mgmt did almost nothing to help.

Very bad: I paid for my last month, but moved all my heavy stuff out a week or two early. The maintenance people entered my apt without my permission and saw that most of my stuff was gone and decided to start making repairs while I was still legally occupying the apt and while several of my personal items were still there. To make matters worse, they left my door unlocked and either the maintenance crew or someone else entered my apt and stole several of my items ($300). The mgmt tried to ignore me and when I made a stink offered me $60.

If you need a convenient location and are willing to be poorly treated by mgmt, then give it a shot. If you take an apt on the back of the bldg you will be looking at trash dumpsters and rats.
