The buildings are decent, the management company is very very responsive with maintenance requests, the fellow tenents in my building are quiet and the common areas are clean. Common old-building problems (hot water issues, quirky radiators, slanting floors). In building w/d not the best, but there are several laundromats near by. Old appliances in most units. Expensive for what you get, but an excellent location.
