Interesting website - I finally found where all prima donnas with unrealistic expectations and inflated senses of entitlement hang out.

I have lived here for two, mostly uneventful years. There is truth to some of the complaints, but I think a lot of the people posting are naive in their expectations. If you knowingly move into a 100 year old brick building with hardwood floors that is 3 blocks from Fenway Park, don't complain about fickle water temperature, small storage space, noise, or parking. Period.

Of the things over which Copley has control:
-Management is not super responsive, but they are okay. I don't expect them to drop everything to immediately tend to my every desire (I'm not paying Ritz Carlton rates so I don't expect that type of treatment).

-Some maintenance workers are very effective, others are less so. Either way, they usually send somebody over within 24 hours (often quicker).

Overall I'm pretty indifferent about the place - it's not luxury but it is servicable. I'm not going to tell people it's a horrible place and I'm not going to rave about it to everybody I know (they do give you a $200 rent credit if you refer somebody. I haven't seen anybody post that info yet).

Two thoughts:
- Thousands of people have rented here and a handful have written negative reviews.
- Who is more likely to post a review, somebody who is indifferent or somebody who needs to vent in a seemingly anonymous fashion'

Hey dickstain - you're obviously a Copley mgmt. plant - nobody who actually lived there would ever recommend this sh*thole - why don't you go hang out with David Pirog and the other Copley as*holes and figure out more ways to screw your tenants...
