- balcony is nice,good views
- great desk staff
- awesome location
- some plane noise
- parking is difficult ($450/mo) in the building, but $85/mo timeshare after 4:30, before 8am at Government Center
- nice laundry every floor
- no noise from other apartments
- professional (not student) building
