IN IT FOR THE MONEY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   MANAGEMENT DONT SEEM TO REWARD GOOD TENANTS AS THEY SEEM ALL ABOUT GETTING MORE MONEY FROM YOU. I HAVE LIVED AT THE DEVONSHIRE FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND THIS YEAR THEY PROPOSED TO INCREASE MY RENT AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY RENT AND HAVE BEEN A GREAT TENANT. THE WOMAN AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS ARROGANT AND WILL NOT NEGIOTATE. I GUESS SHE RATHER GET A NEW TENANT THAN STICKING WITH GOOD EXISTING TENANTS! ALSO, THE ELEVATORS ARE A SHAME. I AM EMBARASSED TO INVITE FRIENDS OVER AND TO SAY THAT THIS IS A LUXURY BUILDING! THE BUILDING IS CONVENIENT TO DOWNTOWN PLACES BUT THE AREA IS PRETTY SCARY AFTER 8PM WITH DRUNKS AND HOMELESS FOLKS. ALSO - THE BATHROOMS DONT HAVE ANY VENTILATION. THIS IS THE FIRST. THE PARKING SITUATION IS JUST SAD. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
