Obnoxious Construction Noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Building management is performing a long renovation program. There is plenty of loud jackhammering, now that workers are on to the phase of demolishing floor tile in each unit with what sounds like a giant drilling machine. No notice is given to tenants regarding the timing of the construction work. The building will not say when the work will be complete. To echo previous reviewers' comments, the building could benefit greatly from a change of leadership in the rental office.
