I have lived at The Devonshire for over three years and I deem it to be genuinely excellent. My unit was refurbished this year with little inconvenience to me and completed well ahead of the agreed deadline. There is little or no extraneous noise and the staff are both efficient and friendly. My refrigerator, for example, malfunctioned one Saturday morning. I noticed the problem at around 9.00 AM and I had a brand new replacement installed by 10.00 AM. The views from the apartment are unrivalled and the convenience of the location is simply superb. There is an excellent laundry on each floor - with new equipment.

I would, however, advise strongly against using the so-called independently managed valet parking facility in the basement of The Devonshire. I suffered vehicle damage (by the attendants; flat batteries on five seperate occasions over an eight month period and the interior of my car was filthy because it was parked with windows open in a dark, dusty place.
