If you work downtown and are looking at moving here... do it. I just moved in last month & can't say enough good things. Move-in was a breeze-helpful office staff & attentive maintenance folks. Conveninent to work (5 min walk), modern kitchens & baths(my stove still had the stickers on it), and The Sports Club LA upstairs is a huge perk! No complaints as of yet. Will keep you posted...
